The (c3) luminaire collection was another one of my concepts (see c4 coffee table) chosen for exhibition by DuPont Corian in conjunction with The Chicago Furniture Designers Association concept project. The form of the Corian diffuser was inspired by the material’s capability of being thermoformed. The base is intended to compliment the diffuser shade, as was the lamp cord.
